Advice: Get one fast....they are underpriced!I just traded in my '99 Cougar V6 for the WRX Sedan. While I enjoyed the Cougar, this WRX BLOWS IT AWAY!! The power, feel and handling of the car are amazing. It makes you feel like you own the road. I like the unassuming external appearance; it makes me smirk to pull up next to a Mustang, the new Acura, or even a BMW, knowing who's car has more giddy up.

Advice: drive it !!!! it sells itself.looks of a suv, but the nice quiet, smooth ride of a car. comparison shopped many of the competitors mid-size suv's and after all factors were weighed in, the sante fe came out ahead. great car at a great price and excellent warranty. i did research also on internet for dealer cost vs. msrp and offered dealer price of dealer cost and they took it with no haggling. another savings of $1850 off the already appealing sticker price. as i was writing up paper work on my new sante fe, 3 more sold while i was there. they actually rolled the one out of the showroom which sold. hottest car i have ever seen move at a dealer.

Clever touches with the tilt down in reverse rearview mirror. Good stereo [put the top down, and listen to the engine!]. Smart top mechanism. Little nosedive/tailsquat, body roll is under control. Suspension is well damped and firm. This is a GT, not a sports car. But storage and hauling capacity is in the near sports car range, meaning nearly non-existent. If hauling more than two people is something you do regularly, keep looking, this isn't the car for you. One golf bag is it--you have to meet your playing partner at the course. So consider carefully before committing to a long term relationship. This is a special car, with a distinct personality, in a world with mostly personality-less cars. It will thrill the right owner, but compromising isn't something the CLK does gladly. The backseats are for your briefcase, or a gym bag, or an adult you really don't like. It doesn't squeak and rattle yet, but it probably will. If it doesn't it'll be the first convertible I've spent time in that didn't. But the car is designed to make grins and it does that very well. A sunny day, top down, engine growling, curvy, hilly, smooth road, wow! And if you are stuck in your morning commute, you can dream about a sunny day, top down...you get it. And if traffic is a drag, wait for your opening and jump on it, this car will zoom. It is a gas to drive, it will make you forget about your overdue monthly report. I have an SUV for hauling things, this car is for hauling me. It is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen. With the top up, it looks very good--reminiscent of the coupe. With the top down, it's stunningly gorgeous. In my first few days of ownership, I find myself standing in the garage smiling at its lines. It's a pretty thing.
