Which type of customer incentive do you prefer?
Everyone loves a good deal when it comes time to go shopping for a new vehicle, and there are plenty of them out there. But customers often can have a different idea of just what a “good deal” is. Some buyers are looking to eliminate the down payment, while others might prefer complimentary vehicle upgrades. Autobytel readers? Nearly 30 percent liked to close the deal with a low interest rate, the highest percentage in today’s poll. Reduced sticker prices increased deal satisfaction for another 24.3 percent of our survey takers, and the next biggest chunk of readers—+20 percent—liked receiving cash back or incentives.
