MyFordTouch is a bold take on the infotainment system. The system uses a center-mounted touchscreen, LCD displays in the instrument cluster (on certain models), and a set of touch-sensitive buttons in the center stack. This system controls a number of functions from audio and climate to navigation.
But MyFordTouch has gotten its fair share of complaints from the press and consumers dealing with its slow response times, buttons not responding when pressed, and even crashing. Ford has been working hard on improving the system with a number of updates. Are the improvements working? Autobytel's Benjamin Hunting gives us his thoughts.
