September 2010 Toyota RAV4 Deals
The 2010 Toyota RAV4 is a popular and reliable choice in the mid-size crossover SUV segment. With an expansive interior that can accommodate as many as seven passengers when equipped with the option of third row seating, the Toyota RAV4 has grown into one of the top crossover competitors and represents a legitimate crossover replacement for families on the go. Slipping behind the wheel of the base Toyota RAV4 provides drivers with air conditioning, a full range of power accessories, a CD player and cruise control. The Sport trim adds a more stiff suspension, a monochromatic exterior trim treatment and larger wheels, while the Limited provides dual automatic climate control, keyless entry and ignition, a roof rack and satellite radio. A sunroof and navigation system are also available as options, as are leather seats.
The 2010 Toyota RAV4 starts out with a four-cylinder engine that displaces 2.5-liters on its way to developing 179 horsepower and 172 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage for the small motor comes in at 22 miles per gallon around town and 28 miles per gallon on the highway. A four-speed automatic transmission is the only available four-cylinder gearbox. It is possible to order a 3.5-liter V-6 as an option across all editions of the Toyota RAV4. Despite offering 269 horsepower and 246 lb-ft of torque, the six-cylinder engine is still capable of returning solid fuel economy numbers, with a rating of 19 miles per gallon in city driving and 27 miles per gallon during highway cruising. A five-speed automatic transmission handles the shifting duties for the larger engine. Both the four and six-cylinder RAV4 can be had with optional all-wheel drive.
There is a financing incentive of 1.9% interest or $1,000 cash back on the 2010 Toyota RAV4 effective until 09/07/2010. See more new car rebates and incentives for September.
