September 2010 Lincoln MKZ Deals
The 2010 Lincoln MKZ is the brand's mid-size luxury competitor, a vehicle that makes the most of its large-inside platform to provide seating for as many as five passengers in excellent comfort. Unlike some of its premium competitors, the Lincoln MKZ comes in a single trim level that features a long list of included gear: dual automatic climate control, leather upholstery, heating and ventilation for the front two seating positions, power everything and the SYNC vehicle interface system. The latter includes voice control over the vehicle's entertainment and communications options. It is possible to add several packages to the Lincoln MKZ, including the Navigation package (touch screen navigation system, rearview camera, a hard drive for storing digital music files), the Ultimate package, which includes all of the above plus a sunroof, HID headlights and chrome wheels, and the Executive package, which improves the quality of the Lincoln's leather and adds a higher degree of finish to the passenger compartment. There is also a Sport package which upgrades the sedan's wheels to 18-inches, stiffens up the suspension system and adds unique trim touches within and without.
The 2010 Lincoln MKZ is powered by a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that has been turned to provide 263 horses and 249 l-ft of torque. A six-speed automatic transmission sends power to the front or all four wheels if optional all-wheel drive is specified. A manual shift feature is also included with the six-speed gearbox. Fuel economy for the Lincoln MKZ shows as 18 miles per gallon in stop and go driving and 27 miles per gallon on the highway.
