Fuel economy for this unit shows as 21 miles per gallon around town and 27 miles per gallon on the highway. A 3.5-liter V-6 ups the power ante to 268 horses and 246 lb-ft of torque while reducing fuel mileage only slightly to 19 miles per gallon in the city and 26 miles per gallon on the highway. A six-speed automatic transmission is included free of charge with each Venza model, and all-wheel drive can be added to the crossover as an option.
