The 2012 Ford Focus has been completely redesigned when compared to last year's model. The entry-level compact Ford Focus provides sharp handling, good overall comfort and the availability of high tech features such as automated parking and the MyFord Touch vehicle interface and gauge display system.
All versions of the 2012 Ford Focus come with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine that puts down 160 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed manual transmission is provided free of charge, while a sophisticated six-speed dual-clutch automated manual gearbox can be selected as an option. The latter tranny offers the most impressive fuel mileage figures of the two, featuring an EPA rating of 28 miles per gallon in stop and go driving and 40 miles per gallon on the highway when drivers select the Focus' Super Fuel Economy package.
