More grunt is available in the form of a 4.6-liter V-8 that grinds out 292 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque, although there is a price to pay in terms of less impressive fuel economy figures (15-mpg city and 23-mpg highway). Four-speed automatic transmissions pull duty behind both engines.
