December's rebates and incentives on new cars and trucks starts off strong, with a number of fresh deals to be had on a wide variety of different vehicles. First on our list this week is the 2013 Nissan Juke compact crossover, which features the choice of either 0.9% financing plus $500 cash back or $1,500 in total cash back. Next up is the 2012 Jeep Patriot compact SUV and its available zero percent financing or $1,500 cash back, followed by the 2013 Chevrolet Camaro muscle coupe which comes with $500 in factory cash rebates. The 2013 Ford Mustang coupe injects even more beef into the equation with its 0.9% financing or $1,500 cash back offer, while the 2013 Toyota Corolla compact sedan delivers zero percent financing or the option of $500 in factory cash.

2013 Nissan Juke
The 2013 Nissan Juke looks like no other compact crossover on the road, and that's a good thing in the eyes of its many fans. The Nissan Juke, which seats five and can carry 36 cubic feet of cargo with the rear rows folded forward, also offers above average handling for its segment.
The 2013 Nissan Juke is motivated by a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine that generates 188 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque thanks to the efforts of a turbocharger. Buyers can choose between either a six-speed manual or a continuously-variable automatic transmission, and although front-wheel drive is standard all-wheel drive can be ordered as an option. The Juke's fuel mileage is listed at 27-mpg in stop and go driving and 32-mpg on the highway.

2012 Jeep Patriot
The 2012 Jeep Patriot looks much like a smaller version of the Grand Cherokee, but moving beyond its styling buyers will find a people mover that can deliver decent off-road capability for an affordable price (in certain configurations. The Jeep Patriot offers seating for five across two rows, and it can haul as much as 53.5 cubic feet of cargo if required.
The 2012 Jeep Patriot starts out with a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder engine under the hood, and it provides 158 horses and 141 lb-ft of torque. Fuel economy for this mill checks in at 23-mpg city and 29-mpg highway. An optional, 172 horsepower, 2.4-liter four-cylinder is also offered with the Patriot, and in addition to its 165 lb-ft of torque it also makes two different four-wheel drive systems available. The larger motor delivers 23-mpg city and 28-mpg highway, and each power plant can be had with either a five-speed manual or a continuously-variable automatic transmission.

2013 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe - $500 - 01/02/2013
The 2013 Chevrolet Camaro's strikingly aggressive styling has made it a popular commuter car purchase even amongst those not interested in opting for the high performance SS model. The Chevrolet Camaro's retro looks can be enhanced by ordering the RS package, which is available on almost all versions of the mid-size two-door coupe.
The 2013 Chevrolet Camaro Coupe is initially offered with a 323 horsepower, 3.6-liter V-6. Also capable of generating 278 lb-ft of torque, this mill is good for fuel mileage of 19-mpg in city driving and 30-mpg on the highway, and it can be paired with either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission. The Camaro SS gains a 6.2-liter V-8 that churns out 426 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, matched with the same transmission options as the V-6. The more robust version of the Chevrolet coupe delivers 16-mpg around town and 24-mpg on the highway.

2013 Ford Mustang
The 2013 Ford Mustang is another muscle coupe with broad appeal, and it offers legitimate four passenger seating inside its two-door shell. In addition, the Ford Mustang can be loaded up with track-ready options packages that improve its handling and braking capabilities.
The 2013 Ford Mustang's entry-level 3.7-liter V-6 is good for a healthy 305 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque, along with fuel mileage of 19-mpg city and 31-mpg on the highway. A 5.0-liter V-8 is standard with the Mustang GT, and it churns out 420 ponies and 390 lb-ft of twist. Each engine can be shifted via either a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission, and the GT's fuel economy shrinks down to 18-mpg city and 29-mpg highway.

The 2013 Toyota Corolla keeps things simple in the drivetrain department, offering a single four-cylinder engine regardless of what trim level it is ordered in.
