This week we begin with the 2012 Buick Regal mid-size sedan, which can be had with the choice of either 1.9% financing or $1,000 cash back. Next up is the mid-size 2012 Chrysler 200 Convertible and its 0.0% financing plus $500 offer or the option of $1,500 in total cash back. 2012 Buick Regal
