The 2011 Toyota Avalon is the Japanese brand's largest sedan, a full-size four-door that aims to provide an insulated and comfortable ride. The Toyota Avalon comes in only two trim levels, base and Limited, which means that the entry-level edition of the car is fairly well equipped: leather seats, a backup camera, dual automatic climate control, a six-CD changer and power windows and door locks are all included in the base MSRP. Moving up to the Limited introduces items such as HID headlights, an upgraded stereo system and power adjustments for both front seats along with a seat heating and ventilating feature. A voice-controlled navigation system can be installed as an option.
The 2011 Toyota Avalon comes with a single drivetrain choice, consisting of a 3.5-liter V-6 that puts out 268 horsepower and 248 lb-ft of torque which is sent through a six-speed automatic transmission to the vehicle's front wheels. Fuel mileage for the big sedan checks in at 20 miles per gallon in the city and 29 miles per gallon on the highway.
There is an incentive of $1,000 cash back on the 2011 Toyota Avalon effective until 01/03/2011. See more new car rebates and incentives for December.
