First time that has happened and it was very nice to get a personal message like that. Truck was ready when I got there and we hit the road within minutes. The purchase process was very fast and easy. None of this back and forth with another salesman or manager. It was here's what your trade is, here's the interest rate, and payment. Easy."

    "We began by researching the Costco discount which steered us to Vancouver Toyota. The sales person was very low pressure, allowed us to compare different models and shared that the dealership could actually beat the Costco discount and the added bonus was that we received 0% financing. The sales rep even offered to wash the car we drove in with when he heard me say I was headed to the car wash. Thanks for a great experience. "
