"My sales person was good and cooperative. It was not clear that a used Toyota comes with only one real key and one valet key. this was described to me as "two keys". Since when does that mean one of them is a valet key? But I like the car a lot, and they have promised to take care of the second key. Reaching an agreement with the salesperson was fairly quick and easy. Concluding the paperwork for the deal required an unacceptable wait and made me late for a Saturday dinner engagement. They seemed too anxious for me to take the car right away."
"Dealer initially quoted lower than expected price. Then claimed it was on a "similar" vehicle. Dealer would not give trade appraisal but asked if it was acceptable. Manager and sales quit communication after I asked if they had a vehicle. I think they were attempting a bait and switch."
