"We just purchased a new Lexus RX 350 and had a terrible experience working with South County Lexus who lied to us on several occasions and tried to use the bait and switch. We were talking to four dealerships (Newport, Tustin, Westminster and South County) to obtain competing prices through their internet departments to obtain a better idea of the going fair market price before we did the final negotiations. In the purchasing process we tried to give South County Lexus the best opportunity for my business, since we had previously purchased our last RX 330 from South County (it was under different ownership) and they had been servicing our car for years. It was amazing that even with all those dollars spent at their dealership they still tried to use deceptive sales tactics to get our business. They indicated they wanted an opportunity to earn our business and that they had a car we desired for the price we discussed. When we got there they indicated they didn't have the car color w"
"Have not purchased a car at this dealership, but the service and parts folks are great. I've been visiting this dealership for services for over 9 years and experience has always been great, while services done out of town on occasions appears to have problems."
