"Terrible experience. I was looking for a new Accord. The first car was a demo with 3,314 miles on it. They would not reduce the price. The interior had trash with stains on the ceiling. The second car had a shimmy while driving at I 95 speeds. The third car had scratches and nicks on the side and on the hood. They said the ice storm had caused the scratches. This was in October so go figure how long the car was sitting on the lot. The fourth car was acceptable. I then had to wait hours for them to do their thing; they came back with a loan interest rate of about 17%. Talk about usury. They took our trade in registration and would not return it. They even told my daughter that she could not leave the dealership. I was ready to call 911 before they gave it back. I will never go back to this dealership. The sad thing is that if they had treated me fairly, without playing games, I was ready to drive off with the car. Bryan Honda in Fayetteville was much better, no issues and they did as"
