If you’re considering the purchase of a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, and can’t quite pull the trigger without a comprehensive test drive, you’re in luck—but you better be in the money, too: The brand behind the fastest production roadster in the world is inviting “ultra-high net-worth individuals and enthusiasts of exclusive super sports cars” to what will surely live up to its billing as the “ultimate test-drive program in North America.”
Bugatti’s Dynamic Drive Experience kicks off this month in Las Vegas and will be the first of four annual events designed to introduce potential owners to members of the Bugatti portfolio, starting with the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.
“Driving a Bugatti is an incredible experience. It is the most powerful and fastest production car in the world and is outstanding in terms of driving dynamics but also in terms of usability”, said Dr. Stefan Brungs, member of the board of Bugatti automobiles S.A.S. for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. “We modeled this new event format that is centered around driving the 1,200 horsepower Vitesse on the greatest roads in America with the opportunity to fully experience the car both on winding road courses and at high speeds on long straightaways.”
And to be clear, the driving will take place in a variety of environments, from racetracks to runways to public roads (with help from local highway-patrol departments).
Now, it’s not known if drivers will get a chance to try the Vitesse’s record-setting upper end, which is north of 254 mph, but they will enjoy upper-echelon treatment through the whole day, with their own personal Bugatti Test Pilot helping to “customize the experience and also provide a comprehensive overview of the car.”
