Pros: Has both Auto and Manual Transmision ! Driving Stability
Cons: Fuel efficiency
Advice: Buy it with a sunroofThis is a very nice and quality car. It has all the necessary features you want and highly quality made. Like its clean and simple interior design and easy reading meters, just like audiophile equipments -- simple, elegant, and quality.
Advice: Get this car ..if money is not an issue, go with the 4.6What a great car ....worth the extra money. If you are looking for an SUV, then you are better of with a Tahoe, The X5 stands for performance and luxuary ...once you test driv e this one, you will never go back.
Cons: Fuel economy
Advice: NoneDrives and handles like the BMW 3 Series
Pros: M label
Cons: suspenion too soft when you need fast corning
Advice: get ACS parts to make it perfecta Sedan doesn't need 400bhp and stick shift. So if need this car to perform better, the suspension must be upgraded. Firmer and lower the suspension by an inch to make the car totally diferent. Stock pipes are heavy, fit DINAN or ACS give better sound and look.
Pros: The sport seats, steptronic transmission, xenon headlights
Cons: The center console/ armrest - storage area in armrest is completely useless
Advice: If you have the means, I highly suggest buying one. One thing to be aware of, dont expect to get anywhere haggling with the dealer, they wont dance on anything below msrp. I tried 6 dealers, none would budge. The 2002 325 ci is simply fantastic. What a piece of art. From the attention to detail in the interior to the exterior curves, bmw has put together one hell of a machine. The acura tl type s, cant even compare. I test drove both, and bmw had the acura beat in every possible category. The sports seats are absolutely unreal.
Pros: Power and handling
Advice: If power and handling are all that is important to you, then this is the car.I test drove a 2002 330i with a manual 5-speed. The power and handling were excellent and the quality of engineering and workmanship are second to none. The only complaints are the comfort of the ride and the display for the climate control and radio. I realize this car is designed for performance and handling, but for $40K I expect a comfortable ride too. The seats were narrow and hard, and the ride was not very smooth. The LED display is hard to read.
Pros: handling and power
Cons: no cd in dash with nav.
Advice: go for it.It handles as good as you can get at this height and weight! it is a suv but more on the sport side then the off road.
