The German automaker Audi had a refreshed S4 sport sedan on hand at the 2012 North American Auto Show in Detroit. The S4 is a factory tuned hot rod version of the popular A4 sedan, now with a supercharged sitting atop the 3.0 Liter V6, bumping output up to 333 HP, and thanks to the automaker's Quattro all wheel drive system can accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in just over 5 seconds.
