New 2014 Nissan Versa Note: Features and Technology

The new 2014 Nissan Versa Note will be sold in 1.6 S, 1.6 S Plus, and 1.6 SV trim levels. The base model offers little in the way of standard equipment, as is evidenced by the fact that power windows, power door locks, cruise control, Bluetooth, a height adjustable driver’s seat, and a center armrest are options.

Upgraded cloth seats are also available, along with heated front seats, fog lights, aluminum wheels, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 4.3-inch in-dash display, a USB port with iPod control, satellite radio, Nissan Intelligent Key with push-button ignition, and a RearView Monitor.

The SL Tech Package, offered for the 1.6 SV model, includes heated side mirrors and an AroundView Monitor, which provides a 360-degree top-down view of the Versa Note to help make parking easier. This package also supplies NissanConnectsmartphone pairing technology with a 5.8-inch color touchscreen display. Nissan Connect also includes a Navigation System with real-time traffic and weather, Google POI search and send-to-car capability, PandoraInternet radio streaming (for iPhone only), Bluetooth streaming audio, and a hands-free text-messaging assistant.

Additionally, an Easy Fill Tire Alert system is offered for the Versa Note, which makes it easier to inflate the tires to the proper pressure because it sounds the horn when the tire is full.
