2013 Nissan Xterra
The 2013 Nissan Xterra is a mid-size SUV that can mix it up in the mall parking lot as well as challenge for off-road dominance when the pavement disappears. 2014 Ford Fusion
The 2014 Ford Fusion is an attractively-styled family sedan that packs a lot of technology into its mid-size platform. The 2014 Ford Fusion is available with four four-cylinder engine options. The base 2.5-liter unit delivers 175 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque, while stepping up to the 1.5-liter turbocharged EcoBoost engine enhances those figures slightly to 178 horses and 177 lb-ft of twist. A 1.6-liter, EcoBoost turbo is also available, bringing 178 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque to the party, while a 2.0-liter turbocharged EcoBoost motor tops the Fusion range with 240 horsepower and 270 lb-ft of torque. Transmission choices include six-speed manual and automatic options, and all-wheel drive is also available. Fuel economy for the Ford Fusion is best when the 1.6-liter motor is specified, with a listing of 25-mpg city and 37-mpg highway.

2013 GMC Terrain
