Autobytel recently named Paul LeRose—internet sales director at Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake, Ill.—its April Dealer of the Month.

Created to honor dealership professionals who best combine superior customer service and effective sales results, Autobytel’s Dealer of the Month award is part of a new recognition program that will culminate in January of 2014, when the Autobytel Dealer of the Year will be crowned at the NADA Convention & Expo in New Orleans. LeRose will certainly be a strong candidate, too, as is clear from his approach to the business.

"With technology, everything is so fast now which means it's important for dealers to be as personal as possible when they communicate with customers. Before, you had a few weeks to put together prices and info for a customer. Now, you have a few minutes.
