good little suv
Pros: easy to park
Cons: premeium gasCar rides good a little road noise but good for mom to run the kids around all you need for a second car
Worst Paint I have ever seen! GPS stinks!
Cons: PAINT JOBI have the White Pearl Paint and the front and rear plastic bumpers do not match the rest of the car. They both have a distinct yellow tint. ACURA says they are all this way and refuses to do anything! The GPS shows the name of the street you are on, not the street you are coming up to. GPS voice response is unreliable at best. Note that I was born in southern California and have little if not no accent No touch screen means that you have to use the dial to enter data, a real big negative. The SHAWD makes this the best handling car I have ever driven. I would like more power however. Very poor fuel economy! I added a Garmin GPS for under the cost of the map update and its far better.
very good overall
Pros: performance and reliability
Cons: noiseynoisey tires and inside noise
Pros: No one in particular, but the sum of all the normal things which would be extra on other vehicles
Cons: ride and noiseThis is a sport mini and I should have know better than to buy it. It is noisey and rides rough as a 6 ton truck. It handles great, never had a problem, and get good service. Still, for me, it makes too much noise on 19 inch truck tires and the ride is too rough. I made a mistake.
Never buy an Acura
Pros: The thought of getting rid of it
Cons: WorkmanshipThe quality of this car is shockingly shoddy. We had rattles, things that didn't work (nav system; speakers; even the Acura road service--we were told no one was available and just tough luck to us with our flat tire!!!) and problems from the start. The latest horror was a heater core that failed at 60,000 miles. And again at 62,000 miles. And then a radiator that leaked at 63,000 miles. Total cost to us: $3500. When contacted, Acura said none of it was their fault, and we were just out of luck. Clearly, none of this should happen at such low mileage. Shoddy construction, poor workmanship and even worse 'customer service.' I will never buy another one of these cars, and neither should you.
Pros: Technology package--the sound system and navigation system are exceptional.
Cons: Fuel economy.
Advice: Be a tough test driver--really push it. (You'll either love it or not).Without a doubt, this is a blast to drive. The engineers did an exceptional job designing a vehicle that combines sportiness with some degree of utility.
