Pros: all maintenance parts are designed for do-it-yourselfers
Cons: The AC control, it looks simple but is not logical in designThe initial quality was good but right now we are at 78000 miles and the car is falling apart, there are rattles everywhere. Our 1989 Accord LXI still runs like a tank, no rattles-nothing.
Pros: turbo charger, comfort seats, handling, everything
Cons: nothingthis is the most exciting car i have ever owned and i have driven 4WD from aspen co., to nyc, but not in the luxury and handling of this RDX. i told the salesman that i didnt think this car would handle snow and ice, i was wrong...it is a tough one especially with its turbo charger. i will always live in an ACURA from now on.
Acura TSX2007 Best Car for quality
Pros: CVomplete lack of maintenance
Cons: No buzzer to notify when exceding designated speed.Purchased this car new from dealer. No test drive just gave him a check and drove off. Everything from the start different from my 330ci '02 Bimmer. Was upset over my decision at first but as the years mount up I appreciate the absolute lack for need of service other than routine oil change 3 years now and with the eception of one recall which will be taken care of during routine service' This machine has been 100% perfect. No gripes, no apparent wear in the upholstery or mechanical problems. Bent 2 wheels on chuck hole encounter which left tires and suspension untouched. At the end of 3 years on the road, odometer reads 22,500.
THE BEST CAR I EVER OWNED
Pros: THE LOOKS
Cons: USING PREMIUM FUELHANDLING,LOOKS,DEPENDABILITY-ITS GOT IT ALL!. AND I GET 33 MILES TO THE GAL.WITH THE CRUISE SET TO 69 MPH ON TRIPS 200 MILES OR MORE. I LIKED IT SO MUCH I BOUGHT AN 08 TL FOR MY WIFE.
Pros: Audio and GPS system
Cons: SuspensionI very much like everything about the car except there is a clunking sound when hitting a good sized bump in the road.
Pros: Quiet at cruising speeds
Cons: Lack of fit and finish for price of carDespite paying substantially less than MSRP, I'm a little disappointed with the car considering its price tag. Some interior bits can have a little rattle to them when going over moderate bumps. Trunk liner is already sagging away from its weather stripping, and even the key has a screw in it that turns itself loose after 1000 miles and can vibrate when in the ignition. Considering list of standard features, I would expect push-button start to be standard on all models without having to pay $3800 more for the tech-package. Acura could also benefit from offering ala-cart options; such as NAV independent of the expensive tech-package. 18' wheels should also come standard as large arches on the 'uniquely' styled exterior swallow the base models 17'.
